Each business on the Hynds AI platform operates within its own isolated workspace (tenant). Your financial data is logically separated and is not accessible by other tenants. Team members within your organization can only access data within your workspace, subject to their assigned role.

We do not sell your personal information or financial data. We may share information with:

  • Stripe: For processing payments. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

6. AI & Machine Learning

Our AI features analyze your financial data to provide automated categorization and data extraction. AI models are trained on patterns within your workspace only — your data is not used to train models shared with other customers. You maintain full control over AI suggestions and can override them at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption of data at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) support for all accounts.
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) with Admin, Bookkeeper, Viewer, and Field User roles.
  • Account lockout after repeated failed login attempts.
  • Comprehensive audit logging of significant actions.
  • Content Security Policy (CSP) and HSTS headers.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data within 60 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., audit logs retained for compliance).
